As you may or may not know from my previous
post, Harriet's Park Avenue Fashion Week has finally arrived! It has officially started on Sunday Oct. 14th and will finish off with a highly anticipated Runway Show on Saturday Oct. 20th. This event is fashion filled with days full of amazing events hosted by several shoppes and designers in Winter Park's very own gem, Park Avenue. As I wish I could have attended all, I was only able to make it to one of the week day fetes! Tuesday, featured an "Avant-Garde Trunk Show and Fashion Soirée" hosted by a very trendy boutique specializing in rarity pieces, Things and Fashion, located on the corner of Park Ave and Morse blvd.
I found myself immediately welcomed by shoppe owner, Julius, as he led me to the terrace of a fantastic party, filled with entertainment, refreshments and of course, my fave...mini cupcakes served by handsome men. Models were styled from head to toe, dressed in amazing gowns, and adorned with the trendiest accessories. The event was sponsored by Things & Fashion, VitaminWater, PlanetTogs, iLashWorks and more.
